Answering questions and slowly working on finishing the HP 24 Envy and Qnix UHD32R reviews, as well as few other updates.

Added this to my 32" buying guide:

Samsung U32J590UQ

4K 31.5" matte Samsung VA panel with perceived black depth increasing dark matte grey bezel, AMD Free-Sync and a semi-wide gamut panel which over-saturates green and red significantly.  The U32J590UQ lacks a proper sRGB mode to tame the over-saturation, and can't fully cover the DCI-P3 (HDR) color space either, but this is to be expected for a budget 4K monitor.  The Samsung uses LED PWM Dimming or flicker when the brightness is set below 31%.

Added four reviews to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 27" 4-5K AHVA/IPS/PLS buying guide.  The Acer X27 and Asus PG27UQ are both 98hz 4K HDR G-Sync AHVA panels with 384 dimming zones which allows them to have 3,000:1 native contrast.  Both also offer real HDR.

Acer X27

Matte 4K AHVA panel with 98hz (8 Bit +FRC / 10 bit HDR 4:4:4), Nvidia G-Sync, height adjustable stand, 4x USB 3.0, local dimming and true HDR color.  Proper color (YcBcr 4:4:4) is only supported up to 98hz.  Image quality is degraded at 99-144hz.

Asus PG27UQ

Matte 4K AHVA panel with 98hz (8 Bit +FRC / 10 bit HDR 4:4:4), Nvidia G-Sync, height adjustable stand, 4x USB 3.0, local dimming and true HDR color.  Proper color (YcBcr 4:4:4) is only supported up to 98hz.  Image quality is degraded at 99-144hz.

Added 2x Asus PG27UQ reviews:

Review by IT Hardware PL
Review by TFT Central

Dell U2718Q

Matte 4K LG AH-IPS with height adjustable stand and 4x USB 3.0 ports.  It's not as accurate as well as more reflective than the P2715Q which also has a perceived black depth increasing dark matte grey bezel versus the U2718Q's fake frame-less casing's black bezel.  The U2718Q uses a newer LG panel, but until more reviews come out I can't determine if it has less glow.

Review by Rtings

Added the Acer XB252Q review by PRAD here.

Finished the HP 24 Envy and Qnix UHD32R Reviews which are available here.

Added the LG 27UK650 to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 27" 4-5K AHVA/IPS/PLS thread.

LG 27UK650

Review by Rtings

Matte with 40-60hz AMD Free-Sync, 2x USB 3.0, and a height adjustable stand.  It is quite accurate and offers excellent all around performance.   It can display an HDR signal, but all it can do is max the brightness resulting in black looking grey, more obvious back-light bleed and glow, and vastly de-saturated HDR content viewing since it lacks a wide gamut panel.  Keep HDR turned off.

LG 27UK650W

Added LG 27UK850 Review by Tom's Hardware to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 27" 4-5K AHVA/IPS/PLS thread.

Fake HDR monitor with less accurate color presets than the cheaper 27UK650 and a few superior competitors mentioned in my thread linked to above.

Dell S2719D

Added the Dell S2719D Review by PC Monitors to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 27" 1440p AHVA/IPS/PLS buying guide.

The Dell lacks a height adjustable stand and is not VESA compliant, as well as drop or skip frames when overclocked above 74hz when connected to Nvidia graphics cards.  It has fake HDR (lacks wide gamut 8 bit panel with full DCI-P3 color space coverage, local dimming and high brightness), only two HDMI, and the matte coating is slightly grainier than some competitors according to PC Monitors.

Dell S2419H

Add the Dell S2419H Review by PC Monitors to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 24-25" 1080p IPS/PLS Monitors guide.

Almost-Glossy/Low haze coated 6 bit +FRC LG AH-IPS panel with excellent preset color accuracy and gaming performance (balanced overdrive and negligible input lag) for a 60hz AHVA/IPS/PLS panel.  It is not VESA compliant, does not support Free-Sync, and suffers from very obvious interlaced artifacts when overclocked above 60hz (71hz=max without frame skpping):

Quote from: PC Monitors
Some models display static interlace patterns, not linked to motion and observed when the monitor is simply displaying a static image as well. Some shades may appear as faint horizontal bands of a slightly lighter and slightly darker version of the intended shade. We did observe static interlace patterns on this model, with some light and medium blue, yellow and orange shades in particular showing this. The horizontal bands were reasonably faint and not everyone would notice or find them bothersome. Curiously, if you reduced the refresh rate to 50Hz they became even more faint. Increasing the refresh rate much beyond 60Hz (refer to a note on ‘overclocking’ in the next section) made these extremely obvious.

BenQ SW271

Added BenQ SW271 review by Tom's Hardware to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 27" 4-5K AHVA/IPS/PLS thread.

Matte 4K wide gamut AUO AHVA panel with hardware calibration (BenQ Palette Master Element), a height adjustable stand, Adobe RGB (97.8%) and decent HDR (89% + 350cdm/2 max brightness; color controls are locked when HDR is enabled) support.  It also has Displayport, 2x HDMI 2.0, a fake frame-less casing with a perceived black depth reducing inner black bezel, an SD Card Reader and 2x USB 3.0 and USB-C

The HDR mode locks the color controls and suffers from a light preset blue tint, and the other important modes (aRGB, REC 709 and sRGB) suffer from a light preset green tint meant to adhere to the DCI 1.2 standard:

Quote from: Tom's Hardware
Choosing one of the SW271’s color presets reduces calibration options. We could still pick from fixed color temps and gamma curves, but the RGB sliders were locked out. We opted for the two Custom memories where we created calibrations for DCI-P3 and sRGB.

The first three charts show results for Adobe RGB, DCI-P3 and sRGB modes. BenQ’s default DCI-P3 mode conforms to the film version (DCI 1.2), which has a greenish cast. This is meant to offset the color temperature of the xenon bulbs used in large commercial projectors, which are deficient in green. If you want a DCI preset with D65 white, you’ll need to create it yourself. Our chart takes this into account, which is why it looks the same as the others. In general, the fixed modes were a bit green at the higher brightness steps. Out-of-box grayscale accuracy is the SW271’s one weakness.

Fortunately, fixing it required just 30 seconds with the RGB sliders. The last two charts are among the best results we’ve ever captured and why we consider the SW271 reference-level. When properly set up, it can be used to dial in color meters, pattern generators, or other measurement equipment. It truly doesn’t get better than this.

AOC 24B1

Added AOC 24B1 Review by Playwares to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 24-25" 1080p IPS/PLS Monitors buying guide.

Matte 1920x1080 LG AH-IPS with HDMI and VGA, fairly accurate color presets, typical 60hz gaming performance (negligible or <3ms lag and balanced overdrive with no overshoot) and barely average contrast under 800:1.

BenQ SW240

Added the BenQ SW2420 Review by PRAD to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 24" 1200p IPS/PLS Monitors buying guide.

Very accurate matte wide gamut panel with a 14 bit 3D Look Up Table, hardware calibration (Pallet Master; requires colorimeter and has some issues mentioned here by PRAD), height adjustable stand, an SD Card Reader and 2x USB 3.1.  It has supports 1:1 pixel mapping and can scale 1920x1080 without relying on a graphics card to prevent distortion (stretching).  It has negligible input lag (<3ms SMT Tool measurement by Playwares and <3ms top screen Leo Bodnar device measurement by PRAD), as well as fairly balanced overdrive with a bit of overshoot with AMA set to On, which is the default setting.

LG 32UD99

Added the LG 32UD99 Review by Rtings to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 32" 4K AHVA/IPS/PLS buying guide.

2017 Monitor with AMD Free-Sync, hardware calibration via LG Tru Color Pro (requires compatible colorimeter) and good HDR color support.

iiyama XU2395WSU

Added the iiyama XU2395WSU Review by IT Hardware PL to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 24" 1200p IPS/PLS Monitors buying guide.

Low-ish sRGB color space coverage (89.5% measured by IT Hardware PL; 93-97% gamut volume), but otherwise excellent 2018 model with a height adjustable stand, 75hz, AMD Free-Sync and USB 3.0.

HP 27Q

Added HP 27Q Review by Rtings (=DEAD=) to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 27" 1440p AHVA/IPS/PLS thread.

Matte IPS with AMD Free-Sync (48-75hz range), 75hz, decent preset color accuracy, Displayport, 1x HDMI 1.4 and 3.5mm audio out.  Has high input lag (28ms) unless the Gaming Free-Sync Viewing Mode is enabled in the menu, and suffers from image retention.
