BenQ BL2581T

Added the Review by PRAD to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 1920x1200 IPS monitors buying guide.

The BenQ BL2581T uses a matte 1920x1200 LG AH-IPS panel with a fully adjustable stand, Displayport Duak-Link DVI, VGA, 4x USB 3.0 and 3.5mm Audio In & Out ports.  The BL2518T is very accurate, has high contrast (1200:1), balanced overdrive (AMA High setting) without overshoot, but has a high 26ms signal delay or input lag, and can not scale 16:9 signals properly if not sent from a PC.

Gigabyte AORUS AD27QD

Added the Review by PC Monitors to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 144-165hz 1440p Monitors and Best Reviewed Flicker Free 27" 1440p AHVA/IPS/PLS buying guides.

Very accurate and fully adjustable matte 2560x1440 144hz semi-wide gamut Innolux IPS with Displayport, 2x HDMI 2.0. RGB Lighting, 2x USB 3.0 and 3.5mm Audio In & Out. PC Monitor's review is the sixth review to confirm that the Gigabyte is consistently very accurate, and that the Speed overdrive setting causes obvious overshoot.

LG 27UL500

Added the Measurements and Review by Belgium Hardware to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 27" 4-5K AHVA/IPS/PLS buying guide.

Matte height adjustable 3840x2160 LG AH-IPS panel with 40-60hz AMD Free-Sync, Displayport, 2x HDMI 2.0 and 3.5mm Auido Out. The 27UL500 is least accurate of the tested 27" 4K monitors on the market, and while not awful, is not competitive or worth purchasing.  It has low 2.05 (average) gamma and slightly slower pixel response times than the many better options

LG 27UL550

Added the Review by NCX to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 27" 4-5K AHVA/IPS/PLS buying guide.

Matte height adjustable 3840x2160 LG AH-IPS panel with 40-60hz AMD Free-Sync, Displayport, 2x HDMI 2.0 and 3.5mm Audio Out.  The UL550 is pretty much the same as the UL650 aside from the fact that the UL550 has a perceived black depth increasing dark matte grey bezel while the UL650 has a fake bezel or frame-less panel with a perceived black depth reducing inner black bezel.  The 27UL550 is quite accurate, especially when set to the SMPTE-C mode, as well as offers top tier 60hz gaming performance (negligible input lag and fast pixel response times without overshoot ghosting).  Belgium Hardware's Standard Mode RGB Level Measurements (as well as others) are extremely similar to the 27UL550 I tested.

LG 27UL650

Added the Measurements and Review by Belgium Hardware to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 27" 4-5K AHVA/IPS/PLS buying guide.

Matte height adjustable 3840x2160 LG AH-IPS panel with 40-60hz AMD Free-Sync, Displayport, 2x HDMI 2.0 and 3.5mm Auido Out.   The 27UL650 is pretty much the same as the UL550 aside from the fact that the UL550 has a perceived black depth increasing dark matte grey bezel while the UL650 has a fake bezel or frame-less panel with a perceived black depth reducing inner black bezel.  The 27UL650 is quite accurate, as well as offers top tier 60hz gaming performance (negligible input lag and fast pixel response times without overshoot ghosting).  Belgium Hardware's Standard Mode RGB Level Measurements (as well as others) are extremely similar to the 27UL550 I tested.

Gigabyte Aorus KD25F

Added the Review by Belgium Hardware to my Best Reviewed Flicker 240hz TN Panels buying guide.

Matte 1920x1080 240hz AUO TN panel with a fully adjustable stand, AMD Free-Sync (40-240hz), Displayport, 2x HDMI 2.0 (240hz), 2x USB 3.0 and 3.5mm Audio Out.  The KD25F is very accurate, can cover 98% of the sRGB color space, has good contrast for a 240hz TN panel (860:1), and has very fast pixel response times with minimal overshoot, but has high input lag at 60hz (240hz not measured; 19.8ms top screen Leo Bodnar device measurement).

Philips 276E8VJSB

Added the Review by Les Numeriques to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 27" 4-5K AHVA/IPS/PLS buying guide.

The Philips 276E8VJSB has a fake bezel or frame-less 3840x2160 LG AH-IPS panel with a perceived black depth reducing inner black bezel. Displayport, 2x HDMI 2.0 and a 3.5mm Audio Out jack.  Set the overdrive (Response Time) to Faster for top tier 60hz gaming performance (negligible input lag and fast pixel response times without overshoot ghosting.

Philips 328M6

Added the Review by Playwares to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 144-165hz 1440p Monitors

Curved, matte, semi-wide gamut 2560x1440 144hz VA panel with height adjustable stand, AMD Free-Sync (-144hz), 2x Displayport, HDMI 1.4, HDMI 2.0, VGA and 3.5mm Audio In & Out.  The 328M6 is very accurate, has high contrast for a VA panel (4,000:1 versus 2,300-3,000:1 for most VA monitors), can display an HDR signal (not properly since it lacks all of the features required for true HDR), and has fast pixel response times and negligible input lag.  While not mentioned in the Playwares review, expect typical VA smearing of black, browns and greys due to VA panels slower pixel response times. The Response Time setting needs to be switched from the preset Off setting to Faster for the best performance and fastest pixel response times without overshoot ghosting.

Philips 329P9H

Added the Review by PRAD to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 32" 4K AHVA/IPS/PLS buying guide

Matte fully adjustable 3840x2160 LG AH-IPS panel with Displayport In & Out, Gigabyte-LAN port, 2x HDMI 2.0, USB-C 3.1, 4x USB 3.1.  The 329P9H is very accurate, has almost 1400:1 contrast and fast pixel response times with minimal overshoot when the Response Time (overdrive) setting is switched from the preset Off setting to Faster.  PRAD measured a 25ms signal delay which is almost a two frame delay (32ms), which is far too high for competitive 60hz gaming, but is fine for casual gaming and in line with most TV's.

AOC 27V2Q

Added the Review by PRAD to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 27" 1080p IPS/PLS Monitors buying guide.

75hz Matte 1920x1080 LG AH-IPS panel with Displayport, HDMI and AMD Free-Sync.  The AOC can only cover 90% of the sRGB color space and has skewed preset gamma and a blue tint out of the box.

BenQ GW2480T

Added the Review By Playwares to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 24-25" 1080p IPS/PLS Monitors buying guide

Matte, fully adjustable 1920x1080 IPS with Displayport, HDMI, VGA and 3.5mm Audio In & Out.  The GW2480T is very accurate and offers excellent 60hz gaming performance (negligible input lag and fast pixel response times without obvious overshoot ghosting) for a 60hz non-TN panel, but can not fully cover the sRGB color space (typical for 24" 1080p IPS/PLS).

MSI MAG271CQR

Added the Review by IT Hardware PL to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 144hz 1440p Monitors buying guide.

Matte, curved (1800R), semi-wide gamut, 2560x1440 144hz VA panel with a height adjustable stand, AMD Free-Sync, Displayport (48-144hz Free-Sync range), 2x HDMI 2.0 (48-120hz Free-Sync range) and 2x USB 3.0.  The MSI has skewed, but still fairly accurate preset gamma, a blue tint and over-saturates the color of SDR (HDTV/REC 709 & sRGB) content since it has a semi-wide gamut panel which is also not capable of fully covering the DCI-P3 (HDR) color space, though MSI only claims it can cover 90% (IT Hardware PL measured 85%).

MSI MAG321CQR

Added the Review by Playwares to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 144hz 1440p Monitors

Matte, curved (1800R), semi-wide gamut, 2560x1440 144hz VA panel with a height adjustable stand, AMD Free-Sync, Displayport (48-144hz Free-Sync range), 2x HDMI 2.0 (48-120hz Free-Sync range) and 2x USB 2.0.  The MAG321CQR has low (1.99) preset gamma and over-saturates the color of SDR (HDTV/REC 709 & sRGB content), but has negligible input lag, good overdrive for a VA panel and back-light strobing.

MSI MAG321CURV

Added the Review by Playwares to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 32" 4K AHVA/IPS/PLS buying guide

Matte, curved (1500R) 3840x2160 and fully adjustable VA panel with Displayport, 2x HDMI 2.0, USB-C 3.1, 2x USB 2.0 and 3.5mm Audio Out.  The MAG321CURV offers great 60hz gaming performance for a VA panel, is quite accurate, but has slightly too low preset gamma (2.13 average), can not fully cover the SDR (HDTV/REC 709 & sRGB) color spaces, and has a fake bezel or frame-less casing with a perceived black depth decreasing inner black bezel.

MSI MPG27CQ

Added the Review by Rtings to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 144hz 1440p Monitors

Matte curved (1800R) semi-wide gamut matte 2560x1440 144hz VA panel with AMD Free-Sync (48-144hz range) 2x USB 3.0, Displayport, 2x HDMI 2.0, 2x USB 3.0, a height adjustable stand and a fake frame-less casing with a perceived black depth reducing inner black bezel.  The preset color accuracy can very significantly, so read the reviews before buying.

Philips 326M6VJRMB

Added the Review by PC Monitors and the Review by PRAD to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 32" 4K AHVA/IPS/PLS buying guide

Matte, wide gamut (HDR), 3840x2160 Innolux VA (TPV-M315DJJ-K31) panel with a height adjustable stand, AMD Free-Sync (40-60hz), Displayport, edge-lit back-light dimming for HDR, 3x HDMI 2.0, 4x USB 3.0 and 3.5mm Audio In & Out.  The 326M6VJRMB offers very accurate DCI-P3 color accuracy out of the box, but the sRGB mode significantly under-saturates colors which leaves one with over-saturated and inaccurate color when viewing SDR or non-HDR content created for the HDTV/REC 709 and sRGB color spaces.  The HDR image quality offered is quite good due to the high brightness (>700cdm/2), high DCI-P3 color space coverage and edge-lit back-light dimming.

Viewsonic XG240R

Added the Review by IBXT and  Review by Tom's Hardware (skewed gamma) to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 144hz 1080p Monitors buying guide.

Fully adjust-able matte 144hz 1920x1080 AUO TN panel with AMD Free-Sync (48-144hz from), Displayport, 2x HDMI (120hz), 2x USB 3.0, and 3.5mm Audio Out.  The Viewsonic has accurate 60hz image quality, but suffers from a significant gamma drop (60hz 2.3 to 1.9 at 144hz), and loss of color and shade accuracy and vibrancy when set to 144hz.  Setting the Gamma to 2.6, and setting the Gaming Settings to Custom 1 and 2 (best) improve the 144hz gamma.  The Viewsonic has negligible input lag, balanced overdrive (fast pixel response times and minimal overshoot) with the Faster Response Time OD setting, but has a perceived black depth decreasing matte black bezel versus the XG2401's perceived black depth increasing matte grey bezel.

Acer VG271Pb

Added the Review by =DEAD= to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 27" 1080p IPS/PLS Monitors and Best Reviewed Flicker Free 144hz 1080p Monitors buying guides.

Matte 1920x1080 144hz AUO AHVA panel (marketed as IPS) with AMD Free-Sync (48-144hz range). Displayport, VRB (120hz back-light strobing), 2x HDMI 2.0, and 3.5mm Audio Out and a fake border-less or frame-less casing with a perceived black depth decreasing inner black bezel.  The Acer is fairly accurate, but can be improved by selecting the sRGB mode which increases the accuracy as well as reduces the too high preset brightness.

Acer VG271UP

Added the Review by Rtings to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 144-165hz 1440p Monitors and Best Reviewed Flicker Free 27" 1440p AHVA/IPS/PLS buying guides.

Matte 144hz 2560x1440 10 bit (8 bit +FRC; 10 bit color only supported at 120hz) Innolux IPS panel with AMD Free-Sync (48-144hz), Disaplayport (144hz), 2x HDMI 2.0 (144hz), 4x USB 3.0 and 3.5mm Audio Out.  The Innolux IPS panel can decode HDR, but lacks all features a panel needs to truly display HDR content such as a true wide gamut panel.  The VG271UP is fairly accurate, but not as accurate as the wide gamut panel in the Acer XV272.  The VG271UP has negligible input lag and fast pixel response times without overshoot ghosting, but the Innolux IPS panel in the VG/XV Acer's and Gigabyte AD27QD are not as fast as the 144hz 1440p AHVA panels in competitors like the Acer XF270HU.

Acer Nitro XF252Q

Added the Review by PC Monitors to my Best Reviewed Flicker 240hz TN Panels buying guide.

Matte 1920x1080 240hz AUO TN panel with a fully adjustable stand, VRB (back-light strobing), AMD Free-Sync (40-240hz), Displayport, 2x HDMI 2.0 (240hz), 4x USB 3.0 and 3.5mm Audio Out.  The Acer is fairly accurate but has high (2.5 average) gamma which causes black crush (loss of detail in dark scenes), though it can be reduced by setting the gamma to 1.8, but doing so sets the gamma slightly too low resulting in slightly washed out colors.  The XF252Q has negligible or extreme low input lag and the fastest pixel response times out of all the monitors TFT Central tested (oscilloscope measurements) which means it is one of the fastest LCD panels in existence, however it does suffer from a tiny bit of overshoot, especially at 60hz.

Acer XN253QX

Added the Review by TFT Central to my Best Reviewed Flicker 240hz TN Panels buying guide.

Matte 1920x1080 240hz AUO TN panel with a fully adjustable stand, ULMB (back-light strobing), Nvidia G-Sync (40-240hz), Displayport, 2x HDMI 2.0 (240hz), 4x USB 3.0 and 3.5mm Audio Out.  The Acer is preset to the Standard Mode which is very accurate since it can cover 99% of the sRGB color space, however it does slightly over and under-saturate some colors like most 240hz TN panels, and has slightly flawed gamma since it is slightly too high (2.3 average), but not enough to cause black crush or loss of details in dark scenes.  The Acer has negligible input lag at 240hz (3.26ms measured by PC Monitors with the SMT Tool), as well as top tier and overshoot free overdrive with very fast pixel response times (preset Normal overdrive setting) and nearly as little color streaking and motion blur an LCD can provide without back-light strobing, which the Acer also supports (ULMB) at 120 and 144hz.  The ULMB feature does not work properly at 100hz since it drops back down to 90hz and causes stutter.

Acer Nitro XV272UPBMIIPRZX

Added the Review by PRAD to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 144-165hz 1440p Monitors and Best Reviewed Flicker Free 27" 1440p AHVA/IPS/PLS buying guides.

Fully adjustable matte 144hz 2560x1440 10 bit (8 bit +FRC) Innolux IPS panel with AMD Free-Sync (48-144hz), Disaplayport (144hz), HDMI 1.4 (70hz), HDMI 2.0 (144hz), 4x USB 3.0 and 3.5mm Audio Out.  The Innolux IPS panel is wide gamut and supports 95% of the DCI-P3 (HDR) color space natively, so the monitor must be set to the sRGB mode to prevent the over-saturation of SDR media (HDTV/REC 709 and sRGB) color.  The XV272 is very accurate out of the box, as well as when set to the sRGB mode which should be used to prevent color over-saturation when not viewing HDR content.  The HDR modes limited dynamic range causes severe black crush or the loss of detail in dark content in games like Resident Evil 7 tested by PRAD.  The XV272UPBMIIPRZX has the same overdrive as the Innolux IPS panel in the VG270UP which means that it is slower than the 144-165hz 1440p AUO AHVA panels.

AOC AG273QCG

Added the Review by Playwares to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 144hz 1440p Monitors buying guide.

Semi-wide gamut, curved, matte 165hz 2560x1440 AUO TN with Nvida G-Sync (30-165hz range), with a fully adjustable stand, Displayport, HDMI and a medium matte coating which is normal for 1440p TN panels.  The AOC has fairly linear gamma and a semi-wide gamut panel which slightly over-saturates colors, but has strong preset green tint (Belgium Hardware) and may come with low contrast (PRAD).

Asus VG278QR

Added the Review by PRAD to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 144hz 1080p Monitors buying guide.

Fully adjustable matte 144hz 1920x1080 AUO TN panel with AMD Free-Sync (48-144hz), Disaplayport (144hz), Duakl-Link DVI (144hz), ELMB (back-light strobing)  HDMI 1.4  and 3.5mm Audio Out.  The VG278QR can only cover 90% of the sRGB color space and suffers from very high and skewed preset gamma which causes severe black crush or the loss of detail in dark scenes, as well as all colors and shades to be far darker than intended.  The VG278QR has very high input lag at 60hz (32.7ms), low input lag (5.7ms) at 165hz, and finely tuned overdrive without overshoot ghosting when the default Trace Free 60 setting is used.

BenQ PD2720U

Added the Review by =DEAD= and Review by Playwares to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 27" 4-5K AHVA/IPS/PLS buying guide.

Matte, fully adjust-able wide gamut 3840x2160 LG AH-IPS with a 14 bit 3D Look Up Table, Displayport, 2x HDMI 2.0, 2x USB-C, 2x USB 3.1, 3.5mm Audio Out and a fake border or frame-less bezel with a perceived black depth reducing inner black bezel.  The default M-Book picture mode uses the monitors native wide gamut which vastly over-saturates the color of non-HDR (sRB HDTV/REC709) content while the sRGB mode under-saturates SDR color by 5% when set to the sRGB emulation Picture Mode.  The BenQ SW271 is a better choice since supports hardware calibration (with a compatible colorimeter) and has a better sRGB mode.

Gigabyte Aorus KD25F

Added the Review by =DEAD= to my Best Reviewed Flicker 240hz TN Panels buying guide.

Matte 1920x1080 240hz AUO TN panel with a fully adjustable stand, Aim Stablizer (back-light strobing), AMD Free-Sync (40-240hz), Displayport, 2x HDMI 2.0 (240hz), 2x USB 3.0 and 3.5mm Audio Out.  The KD25F is very accurate (preset Standard mode), can cover >93.5 of the sRGB color space (but fails to fully cover it as well as both over and under-saturates some colors), has good contrast for a 240hz TN panel (860:1), and has very fast pixel response times with no (Balance overdrive setting) or minimal overshoot and slightly faster pixel response times (Speed overdrive setting), but has high input lag at 60hz (240hz not measured; 19.8ms top screen Leo Bodnar device measurement).

HP OMEN X 25f

Added the Review by RTINGS and to my Best Reviewed Flicker 240hz TN Panels buying guide.

Matte 1920x1080 240hz AUO TN panel with a fully adjustable stand, AMD Free-Sync (20-240hz range), Displayport, 2x HDMI 2.0, 2x USB 3.0 and 3.5mm Audio Out.  The HP has passable preset color accuracy, but is too red and has slightly to low preset gamma (2.1 average) resulting in it slightly washed out colors along with the slightly low sRGB color coverage, though it is normal for 240hz TN panels to not be ably to fully cover the sRGB color space.  The HP has negligible input lag as well as top tier overdrive with extremely fast pixel response times and almost zero overshoot when the Level 3 Response Time setting is selected.

Philips 329P9H

Added the Review by =DEAD= to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 32" 4K AHVA/IPS/PLS buying guide.

Viewsonic VA2719-2K-SMH

Added the Review by Les Numeriques to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 144-165hz 1440p Monitors and Best Reviewed Flicker Free 27" 1440p AHVA/IPS/PLS buying guides.

Matte 2560x1440 LG AH-IPS panel with Displayport, 2x HDMI 1.4 and 3.5mm Audio In & Out.  The ViewSonic is fairly accurate out of the box as well as nearly top tier overdrive performance (fast pixel response times without overshoot ghosting) for a 60hz non-TN panel with the overdrive (Response Time setting in the menu) is st to the Advanced mode.  Unfortunately it suffers from a 27.8ms delay versus 10ms typically measured by the Leo Bodnar device when measuring display delay in the middle of the screen.  Subtract 7-8ms to compare middle screen Leo Bodnar measurements to SMT Tool measurements.

Gigabyte Aorus CV27F

Added the Review by IT Hardware PLS to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 144hz 1080p Monitors buying guide.

Curved, matte, 1920x1080 165hz and semi-wide gamut (127.2% sRGB or 27% sRGB over-saturation) VA panel with AMD Free-Sync (48-165hz range), Displayport (144hz), 2x HDMI 2.0 (144hz), 2x USB 3.0 and 3.5mm Audio Out.  The Gigabute CV27F is fairly accurate (discounting the semi-wide gamut panel over-saturation), but has slightly too low preset gamma (less than 2.1 for 0-100% white) which results in greys and white being too light, or washed out.  The CV27F has an sRGB mode to prevent the over-saturation of SDR (HDTV/REC 709 and sRGB content) color, but IT Hardware PL did not provide color space measurements for the sRGB mode, or much information on the overdrive/pixel response time performance.  The CV27F supports HDR, but lacks all of the features required to provide good performance, which is normal and to be expected from budget monitors.

MSI MAG271CQR

Added the Review by Tom's Hardware to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 144hz 1440p Monitors

Matte, curved (1800R), semi-wide gamut, 2560x1440 144hz VA panel with a height adjustable stand, AMD Free-Sync, Displayport (48-144hz Free-Sync range), 2x HDMI 2.0 (48-120hz Free-Sync range) and 2x USB 3.0.  The MSI has skewed, but still fairly accurate preset gamma, a very slight blue tint and over-saturates the color of SDR (HDTV/REC 709 & sRGB) content by 20% since it has a semi-wide gamut panel which is also not capable of fully covering the DCI-P3 (HDR) color space, though MSI only claims it can cover 90% (IT Hardware PL measured 85%).

Philips 278M6

Added the Review by IT Hardware PL to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 144hz 1080p Monitors buying guide

Curved, matte, 1920x1080, 165hz, fully adjust-able and semi-wide gamut (120% sRGB or 20% sRGB over-saturation) 165hz VA panel with back-light strobing (1ms MPRT), a height adjustable stand, AMD Free-Sync (60-165hz Free-Sync range), Displayport, 2x HDMI 2.0, VGA 3.5mm Audio Out.  The Philips is nearly perfectly accurate out of the box (especially for a budget panel), negligible input lag (2-4ms measured with the SMT Tool), and well balanced overdrive (Faster Response Time Setting).

Acer Nitro XB273K

Added the Review by Rtings to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 27" 4-5K AHVA/IPS/PLS buying guide.

The Acer XB273K is a lower end version of the X27 and PG27UQ with slightly lower HDR color space coverage, lower maximum brightness (460cdm/2 vs 1000cdm/2), and inferior variable back-ligh dimming since the XB273K only has three dimming zones while the X27 and PG27UQ have 384 dimming zones.

The Acer XB273K has very accurate Standard mode preset  (SDR/sRGB & HDR color modes; color controls are locked when HDR is enabled), 144hz (compressed 4:2:2 YCbCr422 color signal called instead of 8 bit 4:4:4 YCbCr444 @120hz and 10 bit 4:4:4 YCbCr444 @98hz), 3840x2160 or 4K matte wide gamut AUO HAVA panel which can cover 87.65% of the DCI-P3 color space, provide 460cdmn/2 peak brightness, and can fully cover the sRGB color space to prevent over-saturation when the sRGB mode SDR Variable Back Light=On) settomg is selected.  It has a fully adjustable stand, a monitor hood, 1x Displayport, 1x HDMI 2.0, 4x USB 3.0, 3.5mm Audio Out and Nvidia G-Sync.

Reading the monitors included manual and/or PC Monitors and Tom's Hardware's review is necessary in order to properly understand how to use a wide gamut monitor, and fully make use of all its features such as the back-light dimming (SDR Variable Back Light), and sRGB mode (SDR Colors sRGB) to prevent wide gamut color over-saturation.

The CV27F has an sRGB mode which is supposed to reduce the over-saturation of SDR (HDTV/REC 709 and sRGB content) color, but it under-saturates colors too much and locks the brightness controls.  Also, according to IBXT, the gamma can be improved to average around 2.23 by setting the Gamma to 4. The CV27F supports HDR, but lacks all of the features required to provide good performance, which is normal and to be expected from budget monitors.  IBXT measured the CV27F's overdrive performance or pixel response times and found that it has fast pixel response times for a VA panel, and low (<7.5ms) input lag.

Gigabyte Aorus KD25F

Added the Review by Tom's Hardware to my Best Reviewed Flicker 240hz TN Panels buying guide.

Matte 1920x1080 240hz AUO TN panel with a fully adjustable stand, Aim Stablizer (back-light strobing), AMD Free-Sync (40-240hz), Displayport, 2x HDMI 2.0 (240hz), 2x USB 3.0 and 3.5mm Audio Out.  The KD25F's Belgium Hardware and =DEAD= tested are very accurate (preset Standard mode), can cover >93.5 of the sRGB color space (but fails to fully cover it as well as both over and under-saturates some colors), has good contrast for a 240hz TN panel (850:1-930:1), and has very fast pixel response times with no (Balance overdrive setting) or minimal overshoot and slightly faster pixel response times (Speed overdrive setting), but has high input lag at 60hz (240hz not measured; 19.8ms top screen Leo Bodnar device measurement).  The KD25F Tom's Hardware tested came with low preset gamma which averages around 2.0 resulting in washed out colors and shades, or image quality.  Tom's Hardware improved the gamma by changing the Gamma Preset from 3 to 4.

LG 27GL850

Added the Review by Rtings and Review by TFT Central to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 144-165hz 1440p Monitors and Best Reviewed Flicker Free 27" 1440p AHVA/IPS/PLS buying guides.

Very accurate and fully adjustable matte 2560x1440 144hz wide gamut LG IPS with G-Sync compatible AMD Free-Sync (48-144hz over Displayport and 48-100hz over HDMI) Displayport, 2x HDMI 2.0. RGB Lighting, 2x USB 3.0 and 3.5mm Audio Out. The 27GL850 needs to be set to the sRGB mode (which is very accurate and has adjustable brightness but locked color controls) to prevent the wide gamut panel from over-saturating the color of non-HDR content.  The 27GL850 has negligible or very low input lag and very fast pixel response times with minimal overshoot, but the overdrive needs to be set from Normal to Fast at 144hz to provide the fastest pixel response times, and to Normal at 60hz to prevent obvious overshoot ghosting.

Philips 325M7

Added the Review by Playwares to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 144-165hz 1440p Monitors

Curved, matte, semi-wide gamut (122% sRGB or 22% over-saturation of non-HDR content) 2560x1440 144hz VA panel with height adjustable stand, AMD Free-Sync (48-144hz), back-light strobing (MPRT), Displayport, HDMI 1.4, VGA and 3.5mm Audio Out.  The 325M7 is very accurate once to to the Gamer 2 mode, has above average contrast for a curved VA panel (3,000:1 versus 1800-2800:1), and has fast pixel response times and negligible input lag.  While not mentioned in the Playwares review, expect typical VA smearing of black, browns and greys due to VA panels slower pixel response times. The Response Time setting needs to be switched from the preset Off setting to Faster for the best performance and fastest pixel response times (Faster Smart Response or overdrive setting) without overshoot ghosting.

AOC I2490VXQ

Added the Review by PC Lab PL to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 24-25" 1080p IPS/PLS Monitors buying guide.

Matte, fully adjust-able 1920x1080 IPS with Displayport, HDMI, VGA and 3.5mm Audio In & Out.  The I2490VXQ is quite accurate, but like most 1080p IPS/PLS can not fully cover the sRGB color space, and has less accurate preset gamma than multiple 1080p competitors in the same price range.

AOC 24V2Q

Added the Review by PC Lab PL to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 24-25" 1080p IPS/PLS Monitors buying guide.

Matte 1080p LG AH-IPS with AMD Free-Sync, 75hz, Displayport, HDMI and 3.5mm Audio Out..  The AOC suffers from high preset gamma (>2.53 average out of the box) which causes black crush (loss of detail with dark colors and shades, as well as color and shade dulling), but the gamma can be reduced by setting the Gamma to Mode to for 2.24 average gamma, and the monitor is quite accurate accurate overall.

BenQ GW2480T

Added the Review by PC Lab PL to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 24-25" 1080p IPS/PLS Monitors buying guide.

Matte, fully adjustable 1920x1080 IPS with Displayport, HDMI, VGA and 3.5mm Audio In & Out.  The GW2480T is very accurate and offers excellent 60hz gaming performance (negligible input lag and fast pixel response times without obvious overshoot ghosting) for a 60hz non-TN panel, but can not fully cover the sRGB color space (typical for 24" 1080p IPS/PLS)..

Lenovo L24i-10

Added the Review by PC Lab PL to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 24-25" 1080p IPS/PLS Monitors buying guide.

Matte 1920x1080 IPS with HDMI, VGA and 3.5mm Audio Out. The L24i-10 is very accurate and has negligible input lag, but has slow pixel response times and like most 21.5-25" IPS/PLS, it can not, but comes very close to fully covering the sRGB color space, though it only slightly under-saturates blues and greens by a few percent.

iiyama XUB2493HS-B1

Added the Review by PC Lab PL to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 24-25" 1080p IPS/PLS Monitors buying guide.

Fully adjustable matte 75hz 1920x1080 IPS with Displayport, HDMI, 2x 2W speakers, VGA, and 3.5mm Audio In & Out.  The iiyama can't fully cover the sRGB color space (<90% total coverage) and has low preset gamma resulting in washed out image quality.

Added the Review by PC Lab PL  to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 24-25" 1080p IPS/PLS Monitors buying guide.

Accurate, semi-wide gamut 1920x1080 PLS with Displayport, HDMI and VGA.  The 245C7 over-saturates SRGB color by 30%, and the unit Belgium Hardware tested came with significantly less accurate RGB level accuracy compared to the unit PC Lab PL tested.

Samsung S24E650PL

Added the Review By PC Lab PL to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 24-25" 1080p IPS/PLS Monitors buying guide

Matte, fully adjustable 1920x1080 Samsung PLS with Displayport, HDMI, 2x USB 2.0, 2x USB 3.0, VGA and 3.5mm Audio In & Out.  The S24E650PL is very accurate and offers excellent 60hz gaming performance (negligible input lag and fast pixel response times without obvious overshoot ghosting) for a 60hz non-TN panel, and unlike most 21.5-24" monitors, can fully cover the sRGB color space which allows it to provide top tier image quality comparable to high end monitors.

Acer XFA240

Added the Review by Tom's Hardware to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 144hz 1080p Monitors buying guide.

Height adjust-able, matte, 1920x1080, 144hz AUO TN panel with 48-144hz AMD Free-Sync (G-Sync Compatible), Displayport, Dual-Link DVI , HDMI and 3.5mm Audio In & Out.  The Acer has negligible input lag and very fast pixel response times, as well as good preset color accuracy for a budget TN panel, though the gamma in the 30-90% gray range is a bit too low, as well non-linear.  Tom's Hardware does not test for dark scene banding so I can not highly rank the XFA240 until I know if it does or does not suffer from dark scene banding like many other TN panels.

Aopen 27HC1R

Added the Review by IBXT to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 144hz 1080p Monitors buying guide.

Matte, curved (1800R), semi-wide gamut, 1920x1080 144hz VA panel with a height adjustable stand, AMD Free-Sync, Displayport (48-144hz Free-Sync range), Dual-Link DVI (120hz),  HDMI 2.0 (48-120hz Free-Sync range) and 3.5mm Audio Out.  The 27HC1R has low (1.97) average preset gamma resulting in washed out colors and shades, can not properly, but comes to fully covering the sRGB color space and is inaccurate.  It has a 7ms delay and fast pixel response times (for a VA panel) and minimal overshoot at 165hz.

Asus VG27AQ

Added the Review by TFT Central to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 144-165hz 1440p Monitors and Best Reviewed Flicker Free 27" 1440p AHVA/IPS/PLS buying guides.

The VG27AQ is a fully adjust-able, matte, 144hz (over-clocks to 165hz over Displayport), 2560x1440 AUO AHVA panel with AMD Free-Sync (48-165hz range), back-light strobing (ELMB) Displayport (over-clock-able to 165hz), 2x HDMI 2.0 and 3.5mm Audio Out.  The VG27AQ has very accurate preset color accuracy (Racing Mode), and has very low or negligible input lag.  The VG27AQ needs to have the overdrive (Trace Free) reduced from 60 to 0 to get rid of excessive overshoot ghosting at 60hz and has slow pixel response times at 60hz, but performs well at 144, 155 and 165hz when the over drive (Trace Free) setting is kept to the default 60 setting.  TFT Central provides Trace Free 80 measurements which prove that the VG27AQ suffers from over 20ms of overshoot ghosting during many transitions which I find unacceptable which is why I recommend using Trace Free 60.

Gigabyte Aorus CV27F

Added the Measurements by Belgium Hardware to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 144hz 1080p Monitors buying guide.

Curved, matte, 1920x1080 165hz and semi-wide gamut (127.2% sRGB or 27% sRGB over-saturation) VA panel with AMD Free-Sync (48-165hz range & G-Sync compatible), Displayport (144hz), 2x HDMI 2.0 (144hz), 2x USB 3.0 and 3.5mm Audio Out.  The Gigabute CV27F is fairly accurate (discounting the semi-wide gamut panel over-saturation), but has slightly too low preset gamma (less than 2.1 for 0-100% white) which results in greys and white being too light, or washed out.

HP OMEN X 25f

Added the Review by Tom's Hardware to my Best Reviewed Flicker 240hz TN Panels buying guide.

Matte 1920x1080 240hz AUO TN panel with a fully adjustable stand, AMD Free-Sync (20-240hz range), Displayport, 2x HDMI 2.0, 2x USB 3.0 and 3.5mm Audio Out.  The HP has passable preset color accuracy, but the unit Rtings tested is too red, the unit Tom's Hardware Tested is too blue, and it has slightly to low preset gamma (2.1 average) resulting in it slightly washed out colors along with the slightly low sRGB color coverage, though it is normal for 240hz TN panels to not be ably to fully cover the sRGB color space.  The HP has negligible input lag as well as top tier overdrive with extremely fast pixel response times and almost zero overshoot when the Level 3 Response Time setting is selected.

LG 27GL850

Added the Review by PRAD and Review by TECHSPOT to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 144-165hz 1440p Monitors and Best Reviewed Flicker Free 27" 1440p AHVA/IPS/PLS buying guides.

Very accurate and fully adjustable matte 2560x1440 144hz wide gamut LG IPS with G-Sync compatible AMD Free-Sync (48-144hz over Displayport and 48-100hz over HDMI) Displayport, 2x HDMI 2.0.

Philips 326E8 QHD

Review by Playwares

The 326E8 uses a glossy 2560x1440 75hz VA panel with AMD Free-Sync, Displayport, Dual-Link DVI, HDMI, VGA and 3.5mm Audio Out.  The 326E8 is very accurate, has negligible input lag and fast pixel response times for a VA panel when the Faster Smart Response (overdrive) setting is used.

Matte, fully adjust-able 31.5 inch, 144hz, 2560x1440 resolution Samsung SVA panel with AMD Free-Sync (48-144hz range), Displayport, 2x HDMI 2.0, 2x USB 3.0 and 3.5mm Audio Out.  The XG32VQR is preset to the Racing mode which is washed out due to the low (1.9 average) preset gamma, but can be improved by switching it to the sRGB mode which is very accurate.

BenQ SW270C

Added the Review by Playwares and the Review by PRAD to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 27" 1440p AHVA/IPS/PLS buying guide.

The BenQ PV270 is a matte, fully adjustable 2560x1440 wide gamut IPS* panel with AQCOLOR, CalMAN Pantone hardware calibration, Displayport, 1x HDMI 1.4a, 1x HDMI 2.0, a monitor hood, an SD Card Reader, USB-C, 2x USB 3.0 and a 16 bit 3D Look Up Table.  The Adobe RGB, DCI-P3, M-Book and sRGB modes are all very accurate, and the sRGB mode provides from emulation with significant over and under-saturation.  The SW270C has fast pixel response times for a 60hz AHVA/IPS/PLS panel, and is free from obvious overshoot ghosting (AMA On), but has a 20ms  (measured by Playwares with the SMT Tool 2.0) or 31ms (measured by PRAD with an oscilloscope) delay or input lag.

LG 27GL650F-B

Added the Review by Rtings to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 144hz 1080p Monitors and Best Reviewed Flicker Free 1080p 27" IPS/PLS Monitor buying guides.

The LG 27GLF650 uses a fully adjustable, matte, 144hz, 1920x1080 IPS panel with AMD Free-Sync, Displayport, 2x HDMI 2.0 and 3.5mm Audio Out,.  The 27GL650F has high contrast for a non-VA panel, is fairly accurate, but has skewed gamma which causes light colors and white to be too dark since the gamma in the 70-100% grey range exceeds 2.5.  The 27GL650F can not fully cover the sRGB color space, but comes close to doing so and offers extremely fast pixel response times and negligible input lag at 144hz.

MSI MAG271CQR

Added the Review by Playwares to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 144hz 1440p Monitors

Added the Measurements and Review by Belgium Hardware, and the Review by PC Monitors to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 24-25" 1080p IPS/PLS Monitors and Best Reviewed Flicker Free 144hz 1080p Monitors buying guides.

Matte 1920x1080 144hz, 6 bit +FRC IPS (Panda LC238LF1F IGZO IPS) panel with a fully adjust-able stand, AMD Free-Sync, back-light strobing (MBR), Displayport (G-Sync compatible Free-Sync), 2x HDMI 1.4, 4x USB 3.0, and 3.5mm Audio In & Out.  The AOC is quite accurate, has high contrast (1400-1500:1), but suffers from a minor preset green tint of greys and whites.  The 24G2U has negligible input lag (<4ms measured with the SMT Tool) and very well tuned overdrive when the Overdrive is set to Medium at 60hz and Strong at 144hz.

AOC 27G2U

Added the Measurements and Review by Belgium Hardware to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 144hz 1080p Monitors and Best Reviewed Flicker Free 1080p 27" IPS/PLS Monitor buying guides.

Matte 1920x1080 144hz IPS panel with a fully adjust-able stand, AMD Free-Sync (50-144hz), back-light strobing (MBR), Displayport (G-Sync compatible Free-Sync), 2x HDMI 1.4, 4x USB 3.0, and 3.5mm Audio In & Out.  The AOC is quite accurate, has high contrast (1350:1), but suffers from a minor preset green tint of greys and whites.  The 27G2U has negligible input lag and very well tuned overdrive when the Overdrive is set to Medium which is the default setting.

AOC U2790PQU

Added the Measurements, Review by Belgium Hardware, the Review by Les Numeriques and the Review by PRAD to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 27" 4-5K AHVA/IPS/PLS buying guide.

Fully adjust-able, matte 3840x2160 IPS panel with Displayport, HDMI.  The AOC has good preset RGB level accuracy, a 1.8 preset gamma average resulting in very washed out image quality which can be improved by changing the gamma from mode 1 to mode 3.  The AOC has low input lag and good overdrive for a 60hz non-TN panel when the default Middle overdrive setting is selected.  The AOC supports judder free 24hz blu ray play back, and supports 3:2 and 2:2 pull down for interlaced content.

Asus MX279HS

Added the Review by Rtings to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 27" 1080p IPS/PLS Monitors buying guide.

Matte 1920x1080 IPS panel with Displayport, 2x HDMI, VGA and 3.5mm Audio In & Out.  The MX279HS is fairly accurate, but can not fully cover the SDR (HDTV/REC 709 & sRGB) color spaces, and has slightly too high gamma in the 0-50% white range which causes dark greys and some colors to be too dark, as well as loss of detail in dark scenes (black crush).  The MX279HS has very low input lag for a 60hz display, but suffers from obvious overshoot ghosting if the overdrive or Trace Free control is not reduced from 60 to zero.  The MX279HS is decent, but not good enough to recommend over the competition, especially since it suffers from the same preset gamma flaws as its predecessor the MX279H.

Matte, curved (1500R), wide gamut, 2560x1440 165hz VA panel with a height adjustable stand, AMD Free-Sync, Displayport (48-165hz Free-Sync range), 2x HDMI 2.0 (48-165hz Free-Sync range). 2x USB 3.0 and 3.5mm Audio In & Out.  The Gigabyte has very high 7,000:1 contrast (5,700:1 after calibration), very accurate color presets (the only issue is a very minor preset blue dominance) for DCI-P3, or HDR content.  The CV27Q has a wide gamut panel which over-saturates the color of SDR (HDTV/REC 709 & sRGB) content significantly (30%), and its sRGB mode is quite inaccurate and not useful even though it does reduce the over-saturation.  The HDR mode suffers from a strong preset green tint which can not be reduced since the color controls are locked.  The CV27Q has low input lag and fast pixel response times for a VA panel.

HP EliteDisplay E273d

Added the Review by IBXT to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 27" 1080p IPS/PLS Monitors buying guide.

Matte, fully adjust-able 1920x1080 LG IPS panel with Displayport, HDMI, USB-C, 4x USB 3.1, VGA, and 3.5mm Audio Out.  The 273d is accurate, has fast pixel response times for a 60hz non-Tn panel and low input lag as long as the USB Link mode (40ms delay) is not used

Iiyama ProLite XB3288UHSU

Added the Measurements, Review by Belgium Hardware to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 32" 4K AHVA/IPS/PLS buying guide

Fully adjust-able, matte 3840x2160, wide gamut VA panel with 38-60hz AMD Free-Sync, Displayport, 2x HDMI 2.0, 2x USB 3.0, and 3.5mm Audio Out.  The iiyama is fairly accurate, but suffers from a minor preset green tint and does not and does not have a properly functioning color space emulation mode to prevent SDR (HDTV/REC 709 & sRGB) content over-saturation since the iiyama covers the DCI-P3 (HDR) color space natively.  The iiyama has negligible input lag and fast pixel response times for a 60hz VA panel.

LG 24GL600F

Added the Review by Rtings to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 144hz 1080p Monitors buying guide.

Matte 1920x1080 144hz TN panel with AMD Free-Sync (20-144hz), Displayport, Dual-Link, 2x HDMI 2.0, and 3.5mm Audio Out.  The LG 24GL600F has passable preset color accuracy, but suffers from a preset blue tint and has slightly washed out colors since the gamma is non-linear and too low (2.06 average).  The 24GL600F has negligibly input lag and very fast (top tier) pixel response times.

Philips 329P9H

Added the Review by Global HD to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 32" 4K AHVA/IPS/PLS buying guide

Matte fully adjustable 3840x2160 LG AH-IPS panel with Displayport In & Out, Gigabyte-LAN port, 2x HDMI 2.0, USB-C 3.1, 4x USB 3.1.  The Philips has accurate preset gamma and 1300:1 contrast, but inaccurate preset RGB levels and a 25ms signal delay which is almost a two frame delay (32ms), which is far too high for competitive 60hz gaming, but is fine for casual gaming and in line with most TV's.

Razer Raptor 27

Added the Review by Tom's Hardware to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 144-165hz 1440p Monitors and Best Reviewed Flicker Free 27" 1440p AHVA/IPS/PLS buying guides.

Matte, fully adjust-able, 144hz, HDR/wide gamut, 2560x1440 resolution IPS* panel with AMD Free-Sync and G-Sync compatibility.  The Razer Raptor has Displayport, 2x HDMI 2.0, USB-C and 3.5mm Audio Out.  The Razer is very accurate, but has a slight preset red tint and over-saturates the color of non DCI-P3 content (HDTV/REC 709 & sRGB) by 36% since it uses a wide gamut and HDR capable panel without a properly functioning sRGB emulation mode.  The HDR mode is more accurate than the SDR modes, and the Razer has negligible input lag and fast pixel response times for a non-TN panel.

AOC 2777 IPS 75

Added the Review by Playwares to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 1080p 27" IPS/PLS Monitor buying guide.

Matte 1920x1080 75hz IPS panel with AMD Free-Sync (48-75hz), Displayport, 2x HDMI, VGA and 3.5mm Audio In & Out.  The AOC can not fully cover the SDR (HDTV/REC 709 & sRGB) color spaces, and is quite accurate aside from a preset blue tint (7400k color temperature), has negligible (<3ms measured by Playwares with the SMT Tool) input lag and very fast pixel response times (Medium overdrive setting) for a 75hz non-TN panel.

Asus PA32UCX-K

Added the Review by PRAD to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 32" 4K AHVA/IPS/PLS buying guide

Matte fully adjustable 3840x2160, wide gamut/HDR panel with Back-light Dimming, Displayport, Hardware Calibration (Asus ProArt which does not work properly), 3x HDMI 2.0, 2x Thunderbolt USB-C (1 In & 1 Out), 3x USB 3.1 and Uniformity Compensation which reduces the contrast and does not work very well.  The PA32UCX-K is quite accurate (2.14 preset gamma is disappointing for the price), but needs to be set to the sRGB mode to prevent the over-saturation of SDR (HDTV/REC 709 & sRGB) content since the PA32UCX-K uses a an HDR-capable wide gamut panel which is preset to use the native DCI-P3/HDR color space.  The PA32UCX-K's color temperature changes and normalizes over a period of two hours when turned on after calibration, as well as suffers from varying color accuracy depending on how long it is turned on and which settings are changed.  The Asus has low input lag and fast pixel response times (for a 60hz non-TN panel) with minimal overshoot ghosting when the preset Trace Free 60 setting is used, and almost full HDR support thanks to the 1152 zone back-light dimming, 1500cdm/2 maximum brightness and wide gamut panel. The PA32UCX-K is a good 60hz gaming and media viewing display, especially once calibrated, but is not suitable for professional use over monitors from Eizo and NEC due to the Asus's improperly working hardware calibration (ProArt) and Uniformity compensation modes, and color-changing issues which occur over time after being turned on, and when settings are changed.

Gigabyte Aorus CV27F

Added the Measurements and Review by Belgium Hardware to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 144hz 1080p Monitors buying guide.

Gigabyte Aorus CV27Q

Gigabyte Aorus FI27Q

Added the Measurements and Review by Belgium Hardware to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 144-165hz 1440p Monitors buying guide.

Fully adjust-able matte 2560x1440, 165hz wide gamut/HDR IPS panel with AMD Free-Sync, Displayport, 2x HDMI, 2x USB 2.0 and 3.5mm Audio In & Out.  The FI27Q over-saturates the color of SDR (HDTV/REC 709 & sRGB) out of the box since it has a wide gamut panel which tries to cover the DCI-P3 (HDR) color space.  The sRGB emulation mode significantly reduces the gamma and RGB level color accuracy (Standard versus sRGB), as well as looks washed out since the sRGB mode's gamma is too low.  The FI27Q has negligible input lag and less (2.7%) overshoot ghosting than the AD27Q (20%), but slower pixel response times resulting in more color streaking or ghosting.

MSI Optix G27C4

Matte 1920x1080 165hz VA panel with AMD Free-Sync (48-165hz), Displayport, 2x HDMI 1.4, and 3.5mm Audio Out.  The MSI G27C4 suffers from a preset red tint, has washed out colors caused by the low preset gamma (1.98 average) and over-saturates the colors of SDR (HDTV/RED 709 & sRGB) media by over 20%.  The MSI G27C4 has fast pixel response times and low input lag, but has bad image quality.

Matte, fully adjust-able, 165hz, HDR/wide gamut, 2560x1440 resolution IPS* panel with G-Sync and 120hz ULMB (back-light strobing) over Displayport.  The ViewSonic XG270QG has Displayport, HDMI 1.4, 3x USB 3.0 and 3.5mm Audio Out.  The XG270QG is very accurate aside from a slight warm preset green tint, and can fully cover the SDR (HDTV/REC 709 & sRGB) color spaces, but has average contrast (850:1) and over-saturates the color of non DCI-P3 content (HDTV/REC 709 & sRGB) since it uses a wide gamut and HDR capable panel without a properly functioning sRGB emulation mode.  The ViewSonic XG270QG has negligible input lag and fast pixel response times for a non-TN panel at all refresh rates with the response time is set to the Standard (no overshoot) and Advanced (faster but with minor overshoot) settings.

Added the Review by Playwares to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 144-165hz 1440p Monitors and Best Reviewed Flicker Free 27" 1440p AHVA/IPS/PLS buying guides.

Matte 144hz, 2560x1440, wide gamut (DCI-P3/HDR coverage) IPS panel (unsure if AHVA or IPS) with AMD Free-Sync, Displayport, 2x HDMI 2.0, a remote control, USB-C and 3.5mm Audio Out.  The BenQ is very accurate when set to the Standard and Rec 709 Picture modes; the Standard mode uses the native wide gamut which covers 94% of the DCI-P3/HDR color space and over-saturates SDR color (HDTV/REC 709 & sRGB) by 33% while the REC 709 mode accurately emulates the REC 709 color space without significant over or under-saturation and should be used when not viewing HDR content.  The BenQ has negligible input lag (<4ms measured with the SMT Tool) and fast pixel response times when the preset AMA High Response Time setting is used, but it's not as fast as IPS competitors like the LG 27GL850 which Playwares measured a 3ms pixel response average time compared to the BenQ's 6-7ms average.

Gigabyte Aorus FI27Q

BenQ SW270C

Added the Review by =DEAD= to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 27" 1440p AHVA/IPS/PLS buying guide.

The BenQ SW270C is a matte, fully adjustable 2560x1440 wide gamut IPS* panel with AQCOLOR, CalMAN Pantone hardware calibration, Displayport, 1x HDMI 1.4a, 1x HDMI 2.0, a monitor hood, an SD Card Reader, USB-C, 2x USB 3.0 and a 16 bit 3D Look Up Table.  The Adobe RGB, DCI-P3, M-Book and sRGB modes are all very accurate, and the sRGB mode provides from emulation with significant over and under-saturation, but the SW270C suffers from gradient banding both before and after calibration which is a shame since it has a 16 bit 3D Look Up Table.

Gigabyte Aorus FI27Q

Added the Review by IBXT to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 144-165hz 1440p Monitors and Best Reviewed Flicker Free 27" 1440p AHVA/IPS/PLS buying guides.

Fully adjust-able matte 2560x1440, 165hz wide gamut/HDR IPS panel with AMD Free-Sync, Displayport, 2x HDMI, 2x USB 2.0 and 3.5mm Audio In & Out.  The FI27Q over-saturates the color of SDR (HDTV/REC 709 & sRGB) out of the box by over 30% since it has a wide gamut panel which tries to cover the DCI-P3 (HDR) color space.  The sRGB emulation mode of the unit IT Hardware tested is good while the FI27Q Belgium Hardware tested significantly reduces the gamma and RGB level color accuracy (Standard versus sRGB), as well as looks washed out since the sRGB mode's gamma is too low.  The FI27Q has negligible input lag and less (2.7%) overshoot ghosting than the AD27Q (20%), but slower pixel response times resulting in more color streaking or ghosting.

HP Elite S270n

Added the Review by Les Numeriques to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 27" 4-5K AHVA/IPS/PLS buying guide.

Matte 3840x2160 resolution, LG LM270WR3-SSA1 IPS panel with low glow, a perceived black depth reducing inner black bezel, Displayport, HDMI 1.4, HDMI 2.0 and USB-C.  The HP has low contrast (around 700:1), high preset gamma (2.4 average) which can not be reduced, and can cover 98.4% of the sRGB color space.  The HP has good overdrive (fast pixel response times with no obvious overshoot) when the Over Drive setting is set to Level 4; the reviewer did not test the delay or input lag.

Added the Review by Rtings to my Best Reviewed Flicker Free 144-165hz 1440p Monitors and Best Reviewed Flicker Free 27" 1440p AHVA/IPS/PLS buying guides.

Fully adjust-able matte 2560x1440, 144hz IPS panel with AMD Free-Sync, Displayport, 2x HDMI, and 3.5mm Audio Out.  The 27GL83A-B does not over-saturate the color of SDR (HDTV/REC 709 & sRGB) content since it has a standard, or non-wide gamut panel which tries to cover the HDTV/REC 709 and sRGB (SDR) color spaces.  The preset Gamer 1 Picture mode is quite accurate, but not as accurate as some competitors, especially since the 27GL83A-B can not fully cover the sRGB color space while the more accurate, and more expensive , even when set to the sRGB mode.  The 27GL83A-B [url=https://www.rtings.com/monitor/reviews/lg/27gl83a-b#comparison_1435]has negligible input lag and extremely fast pixel response times which are faster than many competitors.

Samsung C27RG50FQ

Added the Review by Pro Hardware and Review by Tom's Hardware to my Best Reviewed Flicker 240hz Panels buying guide.

Curved (1500R), matte 1920x1080 240hz, 8 bit VA panel with a Nvidia G-Sync compatible AMD Free-Sync (30-240hz), 144hz ULMB (back-light strobing) Displayport, 2x HDMI 2.0, and 3.5mm Audio Out.  The VA panel in the C27RG50FQ has over 3,000:1 contrast, and fairly accurate preset colors, but very high (in the 0-20% white range) and skewed gamma which causes black crush, or the loss of details in dark scenes, but can be improved by changing the gamma setting from 1 to 3.  The C27RG50FQ has fast pixel response times and negligible input lag, but the default HDMI black level setting is set to Low which may cause black crush depending on the device the monitor is connected to (read the Set Up and Calibration section of Tom's Hardware Review).
